They lead you to believe things in their drawing is included in the price-it's not. Landscaping around the pool etc is not. told me they would get the HOA approval-nope I had to deal with that while moving in. Don’t walk, RUN. If I could turn back time six months knowing what I know now, and what I have been through, I would NEVER have had this “company” build my pool. No curtesy, professionalism, integrity or organization. In fact, no anything- because they use bottom of the barrel sub contractors for EVERYTHING. I was reluctant to leave this review because my pool is paid in full and Still NOT finished, but at the end of the day I just can’t let anyone else be taken advantage of like this. RUN. They did a great job building my pool, however they are done with you as soon as your final payment clears. I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to honor a warranty. They finally replaced part and then same part broke again 6 months later. When I called to ask if new part had a warranty I was dismissed and told they had already done me a favor by replacing the part once. I reached out asking company that made the part if they had a warranty, they were willing to work with me but wanted documentation of when part was rep... read more
