I have never been treated so special. I am 66 and have purchased many cars over the years but have never experienced a dealership that everyone I came into contact with went above and beyond ' just selling a car'. I cannot imagine doing business anywhere else and VIllage Pointe is where I will recommend for anyone I hear looking for a car! I feel badly that the only person's name I can remember is Darnell Griffin. But everyone there needs to be applauded! Thank you.

Could not have been a better experience. Upgraded a lease and was ecstatic over the experience. I was moving from one model to another because of family member access concerns. I walked into the showroom while my car was having a scheduled maintenance; I didn't have to wait for a salesperson, a courteous knowledgeable salesman was available immediately. Can't make a decision! The Village Point Toyota Dealership has got to be the friendliest dealership that I have ever been to. I was a difficult customer, I looked at inventory, went on test drives, left, came back multiple times, and still could not decide ~ I was there two nights till after closing, then finally, it just clicked! As a first time car buyer I was cautious and hesitant - Chris went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I never felt pressured and he sent me home in my dream car! Will be recommending friends and family to see Chris.
