Great Experience I just leased my 3rd Rav4 from Justin D'Angelo and Rusty Russell at Village Pointe Toyota. Both gentlemen made me feel at home and extremely comfortable during my leasing process. Their patience with me while making my decision deserves a medal! I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of, in fact, just the opposite. I always felt confident that they were looking out for my best interest and not just trying to make another sale. Another reason why this is my third car with VP Toyota.

Buying a car can be very painful and lengthy - they both did a good job of making it as painless as possible and as quick as possible - I appreciate that.

Very nice experience Excellent experience overall and particularly with Mike McHenry and Sarah-Ann. Staff was very friendly and eager to make a deal. I feel like we got a great pre-owned vehicle for a great price and after we had a deal it didn't take very long to complete the process.

Competent and very friendly staff. They have honest friendly people who will take the extra time to explain all the workings of the vehicle. This was important for me being a senior.
