Great experience (with Sicilia) After searching a while for a good used Venza and a good pricing, I found one in Omaha at Village Pointe Toyota (I live in Minneapolis). I called the dealership and spoke with Sicilia. She was very professional, answered all my question, did what I asked here to do (check some things), made the appointment and confirmed that I can see the car first hour in the morning the next day. Easy lease renewal My lease was within a few months of being up and I really had no idea what I wanted to do. Justin, the salesperson, called me with an offer on another Rav 4 at approximately the same payment I have been making. In addition to all of the features I was enjoying with my Rav4 XLE, he included a lift gate, which I love, It is so nice not to have to worry about what to do when the lease is up. I hope I can continue this relationship.
