Brooklyn was great to work with. We had a major issue with our 2013 Prius two days after purchase. It had an after market catalytic converter installed and was not functioning properly. I emailed Brooklyn and Terry, the general manager called me within a day and we scheduled an appointment to look at the car. Barry, the service manager, gave me the good news that they would fix it. They ordered the part and three weeks later I took the Prius in and they fixed it for free. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you.
