Excellent The staffs were excellent at greeting and helping people. The sales representative, Jose Lopez, was very humble, patient, and curteous. He was a very understadable person who helped us get the car we needed in a short matter of time. I would strongly recommend friends and family to go to him for help.

Good salesman Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful in buying are SUV he was very patient and very understanding with us would highly recommend him. The financing Department was a little upset that we would not take the extra warranties weren't treated so great there but Tony was outstanding thank you for a wonderful trade

Excellent customer service from Mike Hansen We live on the opposite end of Omaha, but always come back to Toyota Village Pointe when we are shopping for quality vehicles. Excellent blend of service and sales - Great Dealership Our journey began a year ago with service of my father-in-law's Toyota Sienna. I was so impressed with the courtesies shown by the service department that we leased a 2016 Toyota Rav4. This week our lease was coming to an end on my wife's vehicle and Rusty Russell helped us purchase a 2017 Rav4 Limited. Again, very professional and Rusty did his best to make it uncomplicated and easy.
