Service was amazing I am a sales person myself and I know what it feel like to have a client as difficult as I am. ( I'm aware I'm a bit of a pain) Greg was very helpful and patient. I was able to get everything that I wanted and still be in a payment that was affordable. Very Happy We stopped at Village Pointe Toyota on the way out of town at what we thought was after closing time to look at the inventory. (We has stopped at another Toyota dealer earlier in the day and were turned off by the "boiler room' sales atmosphere.) My wife found Greg checking vehicles as they closed for the day. Greg took the time after hours to answer our questions and show us two different Highlanders. One new and near new. Very Happy We stopped at Village Pointe Toyota on the way out of town at what we thought was after closing time to look at the inventory. Ask for Tony! I found the vehicle online and went to the dealership to view in person. The vehicle was traded in the day before, so it had not yet been detailed and cleaned. I was interested in the vehicle, but did not want to complete the transaction until I was able to inspect the vehicle after it has been washed and detailed. The dealership accepted my terms to leave a small deposit to hold the vehicle until I could inspect it. Great experience I was really impressed during the whole process. I was leasing a new corolla. I can assure that I gave those guys some hard time till I made up my mind. To the point With Corinna Gallaher's masterful orchestration, I was able to get the vehicle of my dreams. She offered a reasonable approach and upfront delivery. Salesman Mike Hanson was not only professional but delightfully personable. He took special consideration to not only my my needs but my wants as well.
