Excellent I am very satisfied with Village Pointe Toyota. As a first time car buyer I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. However, PJ Smith was amazing throughout the whole experience and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Even within the financing office Larry was straightforward and easy to understand for first time buyers like me. In the future I would definitely buy from this location again.

Jim Paulsen and village pointe toyota ROCK Worked with Jim Paulsen on a lease. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I was approved within 2 hrs and in my new SUV the next day. I would recommend contacting Jim for your next vehicle. Jim walked me through everything I needed to know about the steps required to purchase and then did the same with the options of my new SUV. GREAT PLACE Second car i have purchased this year from Jim Paulsen. Nice no pressure guy. felt like i drove off with a deal both times. hell, even if you dont buy a car it's a great place to hang out with free wifi, bananas and watery coffee.
