Surprise and Joy! This is the second time I've visited Village Pointe answer the second time I've been overly impressed with my vehicle and my dealer, Justin. Purchase of Toyota RAV4 Ltd. The man who owns the body shop we have used first met with Justin. The two of them discussed what I wanted and needed. When I went in myself there was no pressure to buy more. Justin has been very accommodating. I feel comfortable calling him with any questions that might come up. I'm loving the car. Louise
Great Used Purchase Experience I knew that I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle. I went to check out a used van, after checking them out online. The website was helpful. I was contacted by a salesman who was not there, but got picked up by a great one Sharrieff McIntosh who ended up closing the sale with me. He and Finance Producer Mike Milan stayed after hours on a Friday night to complete the purchase. I am a happy customer, would gladly come back and purchase again. Thanks!

Purchase of 2016 Toyota Rav 4 Ltd. My wife and I met Sales Consultant Rusty Russell who had followed up with my wife via email and phone after her initial inquiry about inventory and vehicle pricing over 6 months ago. Easiest Buying Experience I have Had Jim Paulsen was prompt in responding to me twice and also made time to meet with me after work and after he was normally off work. Buying a car is normally something I dread due to the game playing that goes on. In this case, in a matter of minutes without any hassle or delays, I drove the car home.
