Upfront, informed and efficient! Jose Lopez did an excellent job getting us the best deal possible. We saw the vehicle we were interested in online, called Mr. Lopez, and scheduled an appointment. We showed up at 615 pm and were out of the dealership with our new vehicle by 830 pm. Couldn't ask for anything else. Highly recommend Mr. Lopez and the dealership for new or used vehicles.

Great sale experience, fantastic service department I have been purchasing new and used from Village Pointe Toyota since 1974 (when it was Old Mill Toyota). Exceeded expectations Rod Mahnkey was extremely patient, kind and not pushy in the least. Got a great deal on car and experience overall was great. 2 negative aspects: 1.) took a long time, nearly 5 hours. 2.) the finance guy was very rude and very impatient...unfortunately can't remember his name. I dealt with Rod and manager Jake Koch and both were respectful. I would/will go back here!
