New Toyota Owner! We were truly lucky to have worked with Jose Lopez. He answered all of our questions, showed us only what we were describing what we were looking for. Follow up courtesy call Was pleasantly surprised to hear back from my salesman, Scott Ellison. He was so polite and wanted to know if I had any questions or concerns about my purchase. He indicated that his bottom line was that I am very satisfied with my purchase and gave me a number to call if anything arises. This dealership, and this salesman in particular, has gone above and beyond. I know where I am pointing my friends and family for their car needs.

1st time Toyota purchase I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Scott Ellison, salesman/customer service at this dealership. I contacted him via phone and inquired about specific needs/desires and within 1/2 hour I had a list of possibilities. I live 145 miles from this dealership and I was inspired by Scott to take the drive and I made a verbal agreement over the phone (with text message pics only) that if he could meet my terms, it would be a done deal. No surprises . . . except pleasant ones We traveled from out of state to purchase from this dealership because no other dealership could match their price. The van was ready and waiting for us, and we paid exactly what was quoted to us and not a penny more. We were pleasantly surprised to learn we would get free ToyotaCare maintenance for 25K miles/two years. Our salesperson did a great job of showing us all the major features of the new van. Scott Draper (sales manager) and Greg Beethe (finance manager) were wonderful to work with as well.
