New Highlander The whole process was the best car buying experience we have had. Tom Bazer took the stress out of our experience and was extremely patient while we narrowed down our choices and made our decision. Tom was very knowlegable with the product and the lease process. We will defintely go back to this dealer and use Tom!

Mike McGuire was awesome! We took a test drive of two different hybrid vehicles (Camry and Avalon) and then settled on the Avalon. This was the most low-pressure 'casual' negotiation I have ever experienced over my (many) years buying cars. In no time we had agreed upon a price - I got a great deal. no pressure and very straight forward we went to village point to see what they had in used cars. Salesman asked asked if he could help when we approached the building. He was new but very helpful in answering questions. If he didn't know he got the answer from other village point employees. He was a listener, direct, and helpful. Without hesitation he let us drive our choice of cars.. Samatha was very helpful in finishing up the paperwork and really the process was painless. Thank goodness.
