Joel did an amazing job while we worked together to finalize a deal on our new Toyota Highlander. He had the two vehicles we were comparing pulled up when we arrived and thoroughly explained the differences between the two trim levels. I felt no pressure, but instead a shared goal to meet our needs and make us feel like we reached a great deal.

Jason was very helpful in finding us find exactly the Camry Hybrid XLE that we wanted. We had to wait just a week and a half for our beautiful fully equipped vehicle to arrive at the dealership. Jason was personable, knowledgeable, and kept us apprised of the arrival date of our car. The trade in process was smooth and painless, despite having 3 trade-ins.
