Easiest Buying Experience I have Had Jim Paulsen was prompt in responding to me twice and also made time to meet with me after work and after he was normally off work. Buying a car is normally something I dread due to the game playing that goes on. In this case, in a matter of minutes without any hassle or delays, I drove the car home. Toyota RAV4 Salesman Justin D'Angelo was very helpful and easy to work with. He made my wife and I feel comfortable throughout the car buying process. Made sure all our questions about the car, financing, warranty, and the whole process were answered. Before we left in our new car, Justin helped my wife pair her Iphone to the car's computer. He really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Dealership was very nice and everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional.

Easy transaction Nice building, friendly people. The only complaints are the car was listed on the certified Toyota site at 2,000 less than the dealer site. The price was not corrected even after I brought it to their attention early in the sales process. Also we got 2012 manuals with our 2013 car, including a navigation manual. The car we bought does not have navigation. And one of the key fobs is not the original. The salesman thought maybe because a remote starter was installed.
