Super friendly, informative & honest We had an overall enjoyable experience; the car testing process was comfortable if not a bit exciting. Out salesman was great & gave us a lot of useful info. He made us feel at home in this beautiful new dealership. We think he got us the best used vehicle @ a great price & were grateful to him for that. Samantha in Finance went out of her way to be extremely helpful to get our payments affordable as well.

New Toyota Owner! We were truly lucky to have worked with Jose Lopez. He answered all of our questions, showed us only what we were describing what we were looking for. He treated us like people and not dollar signs like we have been treated like in the past by other dealerships. Follow up courtesy call Was pleasantly surprised to hear back from my salesman, Scott Ellison. He was so polite and wanted to know if I had any questions or concerns about my purchase. He indicated that his bottom line was that I am very satisfied with my purchase and gave me a number to call if anything arises. This dealership, and this salesman in particular, has gone above and beyond. I know where I am pointing my friends and family for their car needs.

1st time Toyota purchase I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Scott Ellison, salesman/customer service at this dealership. I contacted him via phone and inquired about specific needs/desires and within 1/2 hour I had a list of possibilities. No surprises . . . except pleasant ones We traveled from out of state to purchase from this dealership because no other dealership could match their price. The van was ready and waiting for us, and we paid exactly what was quoted to us and not a penny more. Fantastic people Micheal Milan was great to work with. He listened to my needs and found the car that worked perfectly for me! Scott Draper (sales manager) and Greg Beethe (finance manager) were wonderful to work with as well. Used car purchase We came in the first time just to look and get an idea of what we wanted. Justine D'Angelo and Sam Bellanti were both a great help in refining what we were looking for. Then when we came back to actually buy several weeks later, they remembered exactly who we were and what we were looking for. Both were awesomely friendly and also very professional. Very happy with our experience and with our new vehicle.
