I don't know if this dealership had been treating its customers like this. The communication strategies the dealership used was unique and amazing. My wife and I couldn't believe how fast the process getting the car we loved was. The entire dealership the environment was friendly. Our sales Consultant Robb Stevens was a fantastic person to work with. Departments managers were friendly and helpful people. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone out there who needs to buy a decent vehicle.

My new car experience was excellent Again my second visit to Village Pointe Toyota was great. I talked to Terry on the phone and he hooked me up with Joel again. Great Service with Village Pointe Toyota I've leased my Toyota's with Village Pointe Toyota since they opened. I've had great service with my lease renewals as well as the service department. The dealership is very welcoming and easy to hang out at during oil changes. My recent lease renewal was handled by Justin D'Angelo. He was a pleasure to work with!
