Great experience! Julia Stephenson was great. I worked with her on a brand new Avalon, and the experience was excellent. I asked her for a "best price" early on, and I got just that. I price shopped her quote elsewhere in Omaha and no one beat it. I ended up back at Village Pointe, bought the car from Julia, and was very happy.
Great Low-Pressure Experience We worked with Justin D'Angelo and he was awesome. He presented what he had that we may have been interested in. We discussed price and came to an agreement on price. After the sale, I had 2 or 3 questions and Justin was very responsive. I also want to acknowledge his Manager Jake who helped with an issue we had after the sale. It was an issue that could have cost me extra money and they helped me out. It's a great dealership that has great people to work with. I'd definitely recommend them!!

Great Experience Here This was my first time buying a vehicle, and Julia made it about as easy as possible. She was very trustworthy, welcoming and patient. She went out of her way to help me with several aspects of the buying process when she didn't have to and I really appreciated it. Would and will recommend in the future.
Pleasant experience I got the car I wanted. The staff worked hard to bring it in from another delearship and gave me a very nice courtesy car when I brought it back in for installation of the remote start. I felt like they valued my business.

$130 to tighten gas cap-they made it right! Said they checked it 1st and appeared tight as engine light was on, then had machine tell them it wasn’t on tight. REALLY???? My daughter was FURIOUS! Then said an hourly employee wouldn’t get paid if they gave her credit??? UPDATE: A very competent and customer service oriented Deana reached out and solved the problem! Kudos to their management!!
