Great Experience Jose met me at the door promptly when I arrived, had the van I was looking at online pulled up to the front, and quickly guided me over the vehicle and my options to drive away in it. He was very easy to work with and wouldn't hesitate to business with him again in future. Julia had also helped me online and made it a point to come over and chat with me for a while in person while I waited for some paperwork to be finished. 2018 TOYOTA TACOMA Rusty was without a doubt the nicest car salesman I have ever worked with. His patience and knowledge were very evident in the process. If you are looking for a new Toyota I would highly recommend Village Pointe Toyota. During the car buying process I was able to drive many different models for the day and that was a big deal because the model I thought I wanted ended up not being what I thought it would be. Good car buying experience Despite it being pretty late when we went in, the dealership was very accommodating. Jose, the salesman we worked with, answered all our questions about the car we were looking at and was very straight to the point. The only issue we had was with the person working financials - although it was late, the finance worker spent a half hour talking about things unrelated to the car to try to get us to buy unnecessary coverage.

New Tacoma purchase Great, fast service from Robb on down the line - they worked a great deal with us on a new 2018 Tacoma when another local Toyota dealer would not - well organized and didn't take most of the day to purchase a vehicle like other dealerships. We buy two new vehicles a year for our business and have been through quite a bit of the standard dealership practices in the past- these guys met us at where we needed to be on price and got us on our way quickly. Will buy again from Village Pointe Toyota.

Hassle-free and Straightforward My wife and I were in the need for a new van and Village Pointe Toyota did an amazing job getting us into that vehicle. One of the better car buying experiences we've had and that is directly related to the staff at Village Pointe Toyota.

Excellent customer service!!!! We had been looking for over 6 weeks, drove many of trucks, spoke to many of salesmen. Greeted by Mike Hansen and drove away 12 hours later with the truck we had been looking for with all the bells and whistles! Excellent Purchasing a car is always a really stressful experience for me. Working with Chris Risling at Village Pointe Toyota was the exact opposite of that. The entire process was worry free and stress free. All we had to do was share with Chris what we were looking for and what we wanted. He made it happen!
