I seem to be lucky enough to get Greg to fix things. He is efficient, courteous and always goes above & beyond - the best Heatherwood has to offer! He's a great example for all maintenance engineers to follow.

I put in a call about a problem with my bathroom and had a service person at my door in about an hour. Problem was fixed in about 15 minutes. Very happy with the great sevice

Checked dishwasher for intermittent water leakage. Problem not found, but, maintenance checked thoroughly and I'm satisfied that everything that could be done, was done.
