I put in a call about a problem with my bathroom and had a service person at my door in about an hour. Problem was fixed in about 15 minutes. Very happy with the great sevice

The maintenance team are the friendliest and most efficient people that you'll ever meet. They always say hello and they've always fixed any issues that I've had and never had to wait days for a response. They're response time is amazing. Every time I'd wave from my car, they'd ALWAYS wave back & I've been waving to them for over 15 years. Alex is so kind and he talks to you like your his friend and not just a generic tenant.
