Except for their management ( Jamie) , everything about this place is good. After two years of living in these apartment, I made the decision to move out due to the property manager's extremely poor and unprofessional behavior. My dishwasher exhibited malfunctions for about eight months. They sent two non-technical people to my apartment after I opened two cases, and they merely looked at the dishwasher and urged me to fill it more carefully. 10+ year resident. The office staff and maintenance crew/s were always fast and helpful when any issue came up that required their attention. Free parking could be a pain to find around certain buildings, but the reserved/covered parking rate was very fair. Most of my time there the prices were scaled lower against newer apartments in the area. I ended up leaving after "renovations" pushed the prices closer to the newer/nicer local properties. I work as a leasing agent in the multi-family industry for about 5 years now, at multiple communities. That being said, I can confidently say that the issues displayed in the negative reviews is a common occurrence between all apartments and is in no way a reflection of the management. Residents upset that there are rent increases, but that is literally across all of NTX, if not all of Texas, if not all the US - and is in no way a choice of the community, but rather the local housing market. If you're looking for a rodent infested community with terrible office staff this is your place! There were various times that we saw rats within the complex, including a dying rat at the bottom of the entryway stairs. I was a resident here for several years and if I could rate this a ZERO I would definitely do so. The maintenance staff was always professional and courteous, however I can not say the same for the office staff. Each interaction with them was extremely unpleasant! This place looks nice from the outside, but don’t be fooled. They raised our rent by more than $700 in one year. Meanwhile, the gym never gets cleaned, the equipment is constantly malfunctioning, and if you have to use the bathroom… you better bring your own toilet paper because they don’t replace it for weeks on end. Plus, if you have any maintenance requests, like a faulty dishwasher, it’ll take more than a week to fix, and that’s only if you constantly remind them that they still haven’t followed through on fixing it.
