Id give them 0 stars. They showed us a unit that looked nothing like the unit when we got the keys. Then put us in another unit that was a little closer to what we were shown, not great condition. Took 2months almost to make a new lease & wanted to raise the rent. Moved out immediately down the street to nicer apartment. The manager of Villas doesn’t care about the tenants. She only cared about shady practices & raising prices.
