At the Hoover/Birmingham Grandview now; At first I found Dr. Vines to be very professional and caring, but she was not thorough with my tests nor with my concerns about my health. She was not interested in the fact I hadn't been to a doctor in over 20 yrs and when I requested that I wanted to have a full body check up, she only gave me the routine check up. My concerns about my health were left ignored and when I brought this to her attention she suggested I make another appt. (Paying again).
