I just wanted to say… my husband had found a young kitten on the side of the road and brought it home. Quickly we found the kitten to be in poor shape. I called our vet, several others and even angels and all I was told was they was full. Even after I expressed how sick he was. I called and spoke with Dianna and I cannot express how sweet and kind that lady was to me. I love Vinton Veterinary Hospital! My cat Annabelle had some facial swelling and would not eat and I called to get an appointment for her they saw her the same day and did not charge a bunch of money even though it was an emergency visit. The staff are all very friendly and gentle. They are very thorough and yet no big bill at the end. They even administered the medication in a shot so there is no chasing her around daily to try to force her to take medicine. Annabelle is already starting to feel better today. My kitty was in bad shape, but they got her in and fixed her up. They called the following day to check on her. Being new to the area, I’m extremely grateful for the kindness given. I highly recommend Vinton Veterinary Hospital!
