From the first phone call to make Ace's appointment, to changing the appointment date, and the experience of our first appointment, I am super impressed with Vinton Veterinary Hospital. everyone person I spoke to listened to me and my concerns about my dog and our previous vet. definitely am happy I decided to keep our appointment and will continue going there.

We had our first visit with Vinton Animal hospital 5/3/21 I loved how friendly everyone was from the different ones I spoke with on the phone. To the ones that came to the car to get our little girl. She was feeling right bad and we were concerned for her. I loved how the Dr . Called me after the exam to talk to me before treating our girl. I took my bird there for the first time a couple days ago. I was apprehensive about not being able to go inside with her. The staff were super friendly and kept me informed while I waited. Once the doctor came outside and spoke with me I knew this was definitely the place to take pets! Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely will go back and recommend!
