Gregg was incredibly responsive to both my questions and to events as they occurred throughout the process. Near the end of the loan acceptance process, a hiccup occurred through no fault of his own and he took it upon himself to front the costs to rectify the issue within the day. Very pleasant individual who I always felt was looking out for my best interests. Incredible service, would recommend.

Process was incredibly efficient and easy. The online Floify document processing is so easy to use to identify what’s needed from me, upload documents and see where we are in the process. Emery was absolutely amazing! He made sure all the little details were communicated and covered to my understanding throughout the process. As a first time home buyer I had a million questions.
