Gregg, Sandy and Matt were with us the hole way through the process. Everything was smooth easy to read and great video to get us through. The only issue we had was at the end with the transfer or solar, but nothing Gregg and his team could have prevented. The upload site was well organized. I personally had some issues with some documents because our household does not have a scanner. It would have been great to have all the documents provide an option for on-line signing. I understand, though, that some documents had to have an original signature so it would be helpful to provide an option to mail in those documents. All the staff we worked with were helpful and pleasant. Financing in itself can be a stressful process.
