The entire loan process was very long and no one from VIP showed up to assist us at closing, although Pam did talk to us on the phone to answer questions. Thru the process, Michelle and Pam were VERY helpful. Pam answered emails almost immediately and always nicely answered all of our questions. Michelle is very nice and helpful, and she is very knowledgeable.
