Communication and quick responses were always great and Beatrice was always very nice.
The process was swift and easy, and we were well informed of what was happening throughout the process! We got a great loan at a great price and are very happy with the service.
It was great working with Chris. He is very prompt, patient, personable and overall just a pleasure to work with. Definitely would recommend Chris and VIP Mortgage!

Mostly good experience. Rob failed to communicate when I reached out the week prior to the closing. He should have had a colleague respond rather than waiting until 5:00 pm the Friday before closing. putting me in a very stressful situation. This was the only setback in an otherwise good experience and I already have recommended you to 2 friends.
The communication wasn't there at times. We had to call our realtor a lot of the times for answers but all in all I think Michelle and her team did a great job!
Blair was a pleasure to work with, he anticipated every need and was quick to respond to every question and concern we had. He made the whole process smooth and even enjoyable.
