Jeremy and his team did an amazing job. Their rates are unbelievably low! Through the entire process Jeremy held our hand and made us feel comfortable. We got all the best deals and lowest rates. Working with Marshall was amazing! As a first time buyer he made everything simple and not overwhelming. He would call to make sure I’ve received items and always ask if I had questions. Process was incredibly efficient and easy. The online Floify document processing is so easy to use to identify what’s needed from me, upload documents and see where we are in the process. I had little need to connect with Jeffrey because everything was so clear. When I did have a question, he answered exceptionally quickly and clearly. Fabulous process, thank you! Jo Ann

We can’t speak highly enough of Will! We have used him now for the purchase of a house and two refinances. Emery was absolutely amazing! He made sure all the little details were communicated and covered to my understanding throughout the process. As a first time home buyer I had a million questions. He was patient and knowledgeable. I expected this process to be so confusing and between Emery Payne and Austin Bates, it has been easier than I could have hoped for. 10,000 percent recommend!
