Excellent costumer service
We have worked with Michelle several times. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. She always returns phone calls, texts, and emails within a timely manner. Her staff is also pleasant. We have finally built the home right for us but will be recommending her to any of our friends and family wanting to purchase, build or refinance a home.
Working with Jennifer was a great experience. We did it the first time we purchase our house and we repeat when we refinance it. Great professional. If we ever have to do something like this again we would do it with Suburban Mortgage without having a second thought.
