My husband and I had an issue with our previous loan officer and we thought we were not going to get the house. We got recommended to change our loan officer and try VIP Mortgage. The Bates team work fast with us and communication was awesome! They always responded kindly to us and quick and made us feel like we were taken care of and not to worry about anything. They made my our dream come true! We are so grateful and we highly recommended the bates team to others.

Drew helped us buy our first home last year. It was a simple and smooth process--couldn't have dreamed up an easier first-time purchase. With the ability to refinance and receive a better rate after six months in our home, Drew walked us through the process of obtaining a lower interest rate. Once again (no surprise), Drew was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I won't work with another and I would always give my recommendation for Drew.

Allen did a fabulous job keeping the buyer and myself (buyer's real estate agent) informed and up to date. When I did have questions, Allen got back to me in a timely manner. I'd absolutely work with him again!

Chris was very responsive to all my question and made things easy to upload and get into our file. He let us know every step of the way what to expect and when to complete items. He know all of the info and was able to smoothly do two transactions at the same time for us. I would definitely recommend and use Chris again in the future.
