In the refi or new loan process, there's so much that happens behind the scenes and gaps of time that make no sense to the borrower. Being self employed in the COVID year, my refi was challenging. Austin and his team, specifically Justin Smith, made the entire process actually pretty simple, non-stressful and almost pleasant (which is not a word I would normally associate with the process of obtaining a home mortgage).
