We were blown away by the level of service provided by Tim & team. Several hurdles came up during our loan process, but all were handled with ease by Tim and his team. My husband and I thought there was no way we could close the loan by our original closing date due to some changes that came up along the way, but Tim and his production assistant Will made it happen!! Communication was incredible, and Tim & Will thoroughly answered any and all questions we had with detailed, thorough responses.
