I only had one hiccup with VIP in the beginning with one individual that didn’t communicate the things I needed to know in order to move forward with the homebuying process. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience! Everyone else was very responsive and knowledgeable about their crafts and was able to steer me in the right direction. They really made it a smooth home buying process and I would definitely use them again going forward.

Communication and attention to detail was impeccable. Was originally going to use Navy Federal but they had a standard 45 day close required window for their review but owner wanted no more than 30 days. I had to scramble and heard about Alan so I called him up and he said “we will make it work.” He and his team even helped get rid of a lien on my credit that should not have been there. I recommend Alan and his team 100%. Very nice, very humble, and I’m extremely happy with my experience!

From the beginning the Hendrick Team were AMAZING. We instantly made a connection with Brandon and felt that he genuinely wanted to help my fiancé and I make the right decision for our future.
