I appreciated the fact that Luke waited to begin the refinance process until the rates went down enough to benefit me over the life of the loan. He was kind and was honest in telling me that he had mentors to could always go to if he needed their help. Sometimes I got confused about what information was needed to get everything started. Like pay stubs for which months . Luke did have to make contact with my CPA who did not return w2s to me after my taxes were prepared. Luke took this on h
