Karen really helped us get the rate we wanted and we closed in a timely manner. She always kept us informed and whenever documentation was needed, she immediately contacted us and we provided her with what she needed the same day. I would recommend her to anyone looking to refinance. In this day of COVID, the only regret I have is that we could not talk or meet in person.
