Marshall and his team did exactly what he said he was going to do and in the time frame he provided. Very satisfied
Allen closed a loan in 17 business days. Escrow opened on November 16th, Loan documents delivered December 10th, closed December 11. and we experienced a few bumps along the way. Thanksgiving holiday. A rapid rescore. A low appraisal which required two or three days of negotiations that were unexpected. The busiest November on record. And he still pulled it off like the pro.
Everything went well and quickly, was always well informed, was not crazy about underwriting.
I am surrounded by folks in the mortgage industry. Could probably save a buck here and there, however, the best value for my money spent was through Jennifer Gates and Amy DeRouhen. Very helpful. That is why I chose you for the second time. I hope you do not take that lightly. Respectfully, MA
