Martin is a top notch loan officer! He is very responsive & professional. Even during the overwhelming demand of the market, he manages to get the loans done on time & efficiently for my clients! I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a lender or even for a second opinion since he does try to beat or match interest rates at a lower cost to you!
Eric’s communication throughout the transaction was excellent! I’ve not had a lender call me with updates on a regular basis, particularly when I am the listing agent and not the buyer’s agent. It was nice to know he was staying on top of everything. Great service and I would definitely consider using Eric Murrietta in the future.
