It would have helped to review the numbers more frequently as they changed thru the process. I felt like I was always the one that had to inform VIP of the change in numbers thru the settlement process. Why can't VIP inform me in advance?

I would’ve like the team keep me updated with progress reports more frequently (weekly) versus me checking in when I felt like I hadn’t heard from anyone in a while. Even if it was just to say “no updates or nothing needed at this time...”\nOtherwise, the process was smooth and easy. Thank you all!
