We had a huge problem with the title company. There was someone in Ohio with the same name as my wife. It took me 10 minutes online to find out all the info about this person, age, address the sheriff's sale info for the house. Yet it took a month for us to prove the negative. This has never happened before. I know this is not Marty's fault and we would use him again, and if fact recommended him to my in-laws. But this title company needs to step it up!

Amanda and staff are phenomenal communicators. No question remains asked because they communicate so well and proactively you don’t have to ask it. I have purchased nine homes in my lifetime and refinanced probably another 10 times and this is by far the smoothest transaction I have ever had. I’m so glad I went with Amanda and VIP.
