Over all a really good experience with Martin and his team. Great communication, great system for uploading documents and signing documents, and great personal connection with me as a client. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that it seems as though their underwriting process was not in house which led to them not having full control over timelines due to underwriting. All in all, they did everything they could to help us close on time and at a great rate of 2.75%.
