Karen is outstanding. She called to ask if we needed a re-fi. YES. Could we do our residence as well as our rental? YES. She gave us a list of info needed and privided a SECURE email drop. We had a question for Michelle on a Sunday so we left her a voicemail thinking she would get back to us on Monday during business hours but she actually called us back within an hour on that same Sunday and answered and went over all of our questions we had for her.
