Resa is professional, knowledgeable, and likable. Through no fault of her own we had a few problems with the refinance but she was able to guide us through until success. Went from 4.1% to 3% on refinance, which will save us lots of money over the life of the loan. \n\nWhile VIP was great the notary that came to our house was not. Pretentious, rude, cold, are just a few words that come to mind. Kind of a downer on an otherwise good experience.
