Tim and his team were communicative, friendly, professional, and helpful. Our only minor inconvenience was once we were asked for documents within 24 hours that we could have been given a lot more notice to get a hold of. Other than that, everything went great! That's excellent for a process as complicated as buying a house out of state while we were selling our first home. I'd highly recommend them!
