I came to Jeff because I was disappointed with the outcome of a refinance with ROCKET MORTGAGE. JEff even though on vacation with his family immediately started working on my refi. He kept me informed, answered all my questions, responded to my email's, and then gave me a better rate with less closing cost than what Rocket was offering.
