Jeremy was attentive but not overbearing. Jeremy took his time and made sure that we understood everything before moving forward. I reached out to Eric because I had had a great experience with my first home purchase in AZ in 2012. At that time, Eric was the only person I communicated with. For my recent experience, there were a couple of other staff that I communicated with and there were some periods of what I thought was disorganization on the staff's part. I received emails and calls to submit certain information and after that was completed, I would receive an email that other information was needed. Disorganized.
