Blair always did a very good job meeting any deadlines that needed to be met whether it was an approval letter insurance documents in the closing documents. He worked really closely with us on our application and only had to submit what was needed. When we requested to try and make closing earlier than our contract date he made it happen and was ready for us to close early if we needed to.
