On Sunday April 30th I showed my clients a home they loved. They needed a prequal. As Rob said his team was always available. within two hours, on that Sunday afternoon they had the prequal to me. We made the offer which was accepted. We had a closing date of 6/16/23. Everything ran so smoothly we were able to close early. We closed yesterday.
