I think the Dryden team did fine, but they work within a system that needs some fine tuning. We submitted what we thought was all of the information needed several times and then we had to go back and resubmit, sometimes duplicate info and sometimes new info. Just give us a complete list the first time and get it over with instead.

Have approached Drew several times within the last year concerning refinancing my previous mortgage. Drew provided information on the rates at the time, described the pros and cons of refinancing, and would provide a common sense evaluation if "it made sense" at the time. Recently contacted Drew, the time was right and refinanced our mortgage. I highly recommend Drew, he acted in the role of a "fiduciary" rather than one interested in solely making a commission.
