The process of my refi went great and all my questions were answered in a prompt and professional manner. All phone calls were returned in a timely manner and Lois Coppelli was excellent in his customer service and very helpful in answering any and all questions regarding my loan. Overall, it was a smooth and easy refinance and the original loan wasn’t too much hassle either. We had a couple of miscommunications on the original loan, but all of those kinks did not appear on the refinance.
